Use Your Skin And Hair Color As Your Guide

Everywhere you look you can find a different accessorizing rule to follow. Here's an easy tip that may be helpful - allow your skin and hair color to be your guide when determining what to kind of jewelry to wear.

If you have blonde or brown hair and fair skin ... Yellow gold looks great on you!

If you are a redhead ... Silver, white gold, or platinum looks radiant!

If you have dark hair and skin ... Anything goes! Your hair and complexion allows for great versatility.

These are some earrings I made for a dear friend with beautifully vibrant blue glass beads. As you can see, the color looks great against her dark hair and skin! It brings out the richness of her hair color and skin tone. 

You may also use your eye color as an accessory selecting guide. 

If you have blue eyes ... Blue jewelry, like sapphires, are ideal.

If you have green eyes ... Shades of green, such as emerald and jade will be appealing.

If you have brown, black, or hazel eyes ... Stones that are yellow or transparent are favorable.

This is merely a guide and shouldn't be viewed as hard and fast rules that you are required to adhere to. Remember ... they are just earrings, so go ahead and have fun!!!
