Happy 25th Anniversary!

I was absolutely blessed when David's step-dad, Howard, wanted me to create a special gift to give his lovely bride for their 25th wedding anniversary. Jane is not one to wear jewelry, so I had to be mindful of putting something together that would be flattering and dainty, but also something she would enjoy wearing.

Howard had some great ideas - he wanted to have the birthstones of all of her children some how incorporated into the design. While that made the task a little more challenging, I was excited to try my hand at creating something would be lovely on Jane, while also incorporating his requests.

I was able to find Swarovski crystals in all of her children's birthstones, as well as both her and Howard's birthstones. After a bit of trial and error I put together this creation and added a silver crystal in the middle as an embellishment to commemorate their silver anniversary.

Nothing brought me more delight than to see how much both Howard and Jane loved the earrings!

Oui, Oui Paris!

Since I am unable to go to Paris right now, I thought I would bring Paris to me! I took some Eiffel Tower charms and a few of my favorite colored crystals and created a simple set of earrings that allow me to have a little bit of Paris with me wherever I go. I figured why should only the Parisians have all the fun?! :-)

Do you have any charms you'd like to turn into earrings? Let me help you make that happen! Drop me an email!

What To Wear To A Symphony?

What do you wear when you're given free tickets to the symphony? Why some pearls and a cool fascinator, of course! Pearls dress up any simple outfit and creates a more sophisticated look. I am not a huge fan of pearls, and yet my simple black dress took on a more polished appearance with these pearl cluster earrings and necklace.

Glass pearls are an inexpensive alternative to the real thing. They are also available in many different colors. So if you would like to dress up something that has been sitting around in your closet, let me know! Drop me an email!
