Revive Your Wardrobe

We all have a closet, whether it is big or small, full of clothes. Some clothes are more functional and practical than others, so they tend to get more milage. However, what about those items that don't see the light of day? Do they not make it out of the closet because you don't know how to match them with other well used items?

I completely understand your dilemma ... 

Accessorizing is one way to bring new life to those items that are collecting dust. If you aren't feeling confident about your skills in accessorizing, why not sport some earrings? They could be your statement piece that helps to pull your outfit together. It's a cheap way to jazz up an outfit, even a simple outfit comprised of a plain white shirt and jeans. 

You don't need expensive gold and silver stuff. Going bijou is inexpensive and can be fashionable, exquisite, elegant, and eye catching. What about trying some cool chandelier earrings? I always get compliments when I wear chandelier earrings. They bring a little sparkle to any outfit! Or, try on a pair of beautiful glass bead earrings with that dress that has been sitting in the closet for the past year.

The neat thing about earrings is that you can go WILD with earrings without looking like a fashion faux pas!

Winter Crossing

Snowy, chilly winter nights ... These dainty earrings were made with light blue and clear crystals that lead down to a flower shaped cross. They were inspired by ideas that a friend had of some cross earrings that she wanted.

Uniquely YOU!

We all have a sense for things that we like and dislike. There are certain things that we think look really good on us - things that really work with the look we are going for, or our "signature" look. It might be a certain color that you think looks exceptional on you. Or, you might use certain things to accentuate certain features. 

Have you ever thought of accentuating your look with earrings? Earrings can be used to draw attention to, as well as soften and/or change the look of one's face. For example, if you have a square shaped face and would like to soften your cheekbones and jawline, you could use long dangling earrings to elongate your face. 

You can add to your "signature" look with earrings that are made to your liking. Diane did! Here are some earrings made by leicoconut based on Diane's descriptions of what she likes. Diane sent pictures of her favorite earrings and gave a description of what she liked about them.
